After paying for the Hajj package, the policy is applied as follows
Before the Hajj permit is issued
Starting from opening the Hajj registration until 14/10/1444H

In case the permit is rejected
» Deduction of e-services fees
After the Hajj permit is issued
Starting from 15/10/1444H until the end of the month of Dhu ‘I-Qi’ dah (11th month of Islamic Hijri calendar)
» Deduction of e-services fees and 10% of the contract value
Starting from 01/12/1444H
» No refund
Excluded from this, and are given a full refund, are those who were unable to perform Hajj in the following cases
Death or health disability or criminal cases or traffic accidents resulting in a hospital stay, with proof of these cases.
Being infected with Coronavirus after 01/12/1444H. The Hajj permit must be canceled first from “Absher” platform. Then the Hajj reservation must be canceled through the Ministry’s website or Nusuk application.
In the event of updates to current regulatory or health conditions that may conflict with the reservation.
